Women's Enterprises is pleased to sponsor an exclusive event for State of California Purchasing Professionals
Info-webinar on Newly Released ASTM Standard for General-Purpose Face Masks
presented by a member of theworkgroup engaged by the CDC/NIOSH to create a national face covering standard.
This important, highly anticipated national standard will change the way you view, assess and purchase face coverings – and increase your exposure.
Complex, confusing and burdensome — for manufacturers, purchasers and end-users alike — the
ASTM F 3502 Standard Specification for Barrier Face Coverings will improve mask quality and enhance end-user awareness. As is often the case, it will also create new employer challenges.
This webinar covers topics of interest to employers and their advisors including: viral transmission and bioburden risk, killing vs. blocking COVID-19, face mask efficacy, exposing false claims/myths, comparing masks, new face mask performance measures, consumer advisory labelling deficiencies
and how the new standard impacts employer exposure, liability and compliance.
Now Available for Online Viewing Anytime !
